1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jo99 ("jo99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jo99 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://jo99.io and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms incorporate by reference jo99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorised to use the Platform and must immediately cease all access. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use the jo99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jo99 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21, consistent with the platform's responsible gaming commitments.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual and for your own personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of jo99 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You are not located in, resident of, or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your own jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jo99 Platform or had your account permanently closed by jo99 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in concert with any other person for the purpose of defrauding jo99 or other players on the Platform.

jo99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued identity documents and proof of age, at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of jo99 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on the jo99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jo99 will close all associated accounts and may, at its discretion, forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals in those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jo99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify jo99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jo99 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address dated within the last three months; and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. jo99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the jo99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign exchange conversion fee is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods. Your jo99 account wallet is BDT-native and all balances, bets, winnings, and bonus credits are denominated in BDT.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

jo99 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and jo99 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in line with jo99's anti-money laundering policy. Processing times vary by payment method but jo99 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Black Diamond and Platinum VIP tier members benefit from priority withdrawal processing times.

4.5 Refused Deposits

jo99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, use of a payment method not registered in the player's own name, or where the deposit would result in a breach of any applicable spending limit set by the player under the Responsible Gaming tools.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by jo99 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules in this section and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion; any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining upon expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jo99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets to minimise wagering risk while meeting wagering requirements (also known as "hedging" or "bonus hunting"); using any automated software or script to influence wagering outcomes; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, jo99 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the account, and recover any funds that were withdrawn prior to detection.

5.4 VIP Programme

The jo99 VIP programme operates across three tiers — Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier allocation is determined by jo99 at its sole discretion based on player activity levels and engagement with the Platform. jo99 reserves the right to adjust, downgrade, or discontinue a player's VIP status at any time. Cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and personal manager access associated with each tier are subject to the VIP programme terms which may be updated periodically.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the jo99 Platform are subject to acceptance by jo99 at its sole discretion. jo99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time and without explanation, including bets placed on markets where there is evidence of price manipulation, data error, or technical fault. A bet is only confirmed when the Platform displays a unique bet reference number to the player.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the real-time availability of data feeds from jo99's third-party sports data providers. jo99 accepts no liability for delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in live data feeds that may affect the display of odds or the settlement of in-play bets. jo99 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where a settlement error is identified, regardless of whether funds have already been credited.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by jo99 in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the specified timeframe; the market was opened or odds were published in error; the event outcome is already known at the time the bet is placed; or applicable sporting regulations require the result to be overturned. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account wallet.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

jo99 reserves the right to impose maximum single-event winning limits on sports betting markets. Current maximum payout limits by sport and market type are displayed within the relevant betting interface. For casino games, maximum jackpot and winning amounts are governed by the individual game provider's rules as incorporated into the game's RTP and paytable documentation.

7. Responsible Gaming

jo99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into the account. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory review period of at least 24 hours has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net loss that may be incurred within a specified period.
• Session Reminders: Automated alerts notifying the player when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account lock periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month during which the account cannot be accessed for gambling purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six months, which cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jo99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, backend systems, or data feeds without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error and refusing to return any funds gained through such exploitation when requested by jo99.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity onto the Platform.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after wagering has taken place using the deposited funds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jo99 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, service names, design elements, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jo99 or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content, except as expressly permitted in writing by jo99. Any unauthorised use of jo99's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jo99 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jo99 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform's servers. Player account data and payment information are stored in secured, access-controlled environments. jo99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud detection partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary for the provision of the Platform services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jo99's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jo99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or any other commercial or economic loss. This limitation applies regardless of whether jo99 was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

jo99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. jo99 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jo99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jo99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by email or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after updated Terms have been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date shown at the top of this document, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13. Account Termination & Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jo99 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jo99 will process any pending verified withdrawal of remaining account balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Once an account has been closed at the player's request, it may be reopened by contacting support, subject to jo99's discretion and subject to any applicable self-exclusion period having elapsed.

13.2 Closure by jo99

jo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; provision of false identification or KYC documents; money laundering or other illegal financial activity; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith; or any other conduct deemed harmful to jo99, its players, or its licensed game providers. In the event of closure due to a breach, jo99 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jo99 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to jo99's customer support team for informal resolution. jo99 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five business days and to provide a final response within 28 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or collective proceeding. Nothing in this section limits jo99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights.
